texlive-bin-2016.41290-6.parabola1: bump to Arch's revision
* remove fix-fontforge-encoding.patch since the upstream source was cleaned up back in 2012
* texlive-bin does not provide pdfjam (the incorrect provide was reported in FS#47902 -> https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47902)
* remove an obsolete comment about zlib
