linux-libre-knock-4.1.4_gnu-1: updating version
* update Maintainer and Contributor tags * drop pkgbase comments * enable CONFIG_CROS_EC_CHARDEV and CONFIG_CROS_EC_LPC (FS#45688 -> https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/45688)
