Hello,

I believe that I have found an error in the [RELAX NG Compact Syntax
document](https://relaxng.org/compact-20021121.html) (and am unsure if
this is the best way to report it).

In the definition for `primary`, it says

```
    primary returns Element  ::=
…
        |  "empty"
            { <empty/> }
        |  "notAllowed"
            { <notAllowed/> }
        |  "empty"
            { <text/> }
…
```

Surely that second "empty" literal should be "text"?
