Rather than use user.is_authenticated, rely on certain permissions being set for the user. This allows us to open up the developer side and not assume everyone is a package maintainer. Allow all logged-in users to still view todo lists, but don't show the complete/incomplete links (only the text) unless they are allowed to mess with todo lists. Set up a default DATE_FORMAT in settings.py and use it everywhere we do the '|date' template filter rather than hardcoding the value in the template. This will allow clicking through to a few more associated packages from a given package, including those for the other architecture and potentially in other repositories. The box floats to the right with the package actions, which have also been restyled slightly so the whole area is a bit more styled and set off from the rest of the page. Add two methods to the package class, base_package() and split_packages(), that allow us to grab other related packages to one we are interested in. This allows us to list the Base Package on the package details page as a link. With the split_packages() method, we can also now list and link all sub-packages on the package details page; e.g. for 'kernel26' we can now link through to 'kernel26-firmware' and 'kernel26-headers'. After adding filename to the database, this is a rather simple request (see FS#19546). Right now the "randomly" chosen mirror happens to always be mirrors.kernel.org as it is the only one filed under the 'Any' country which is what we screen on. This is an attempt to fix our long-standing problems dealing with maintainer information. Move the actual maintainer information off of the package model into a PackageRelation object, which has some flexibility to later represent more than just maintainership. This solves multiple problems: * If a package gets accidentally deleted, so did the maintainer info * Testing packages have always shown up as orphans * With split packages, it was easy to miss some of the sub-packages This commit does not include the deletion of the original maintainer column; that will come at a later time when I feel more confident that the data was migrated correctly.
