For now, it is not included in the default selection, but we have a few
existing mirrors that do support it.

More generally, add a new 'default' column to the mirror protocol model
so we can determine what is selected and shown by default.

Move it to the correct location and add the new field. Also tidy up some of
the instructions dealing with loading this data.
